Andrew Peel
Managing DirectorAndrew Peel has over 27 years of international experience building Fortune 500 firms as both a corporate C-Level executive and as an external consulting adviser specializing in project execution and acceleration tactics, IT transformation and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary global teams in "turn-around" and rescue situations.
Andrew is a proven expert in aligning and delivering optimized operations strategies using technology and process disciplines with expertise in all phases of the strategic sourcing lifecycle, including feasibility, design, build, transition and optimization for captives, outsourced and shared service centers.
Previous to joining Alsbridge, Peel served as EVP & Chief Information Officer, International Division of ACE Insurance a $20 billion multi-line global primary and reinsurance company operating in over 170 countries from 55 locations. There Andrew successfully implemented insurance and financial services operational growth strategies, technology-enabled change programs, cost-reduction and business process reengineering improvements, off-shoring programs, enterprise collaboration and social networking (productivity) solutions and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew led the global ACE strategic sourcing program from the strategy phase through to transition achieving 34% labor arbitrage savings and a 5% annual productivity gain.
Andrew holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Henley Mgmt College UK.
