Carlos Hernandez
DirectorCarlos is an accomplished bilingual sourcing consultant and solutions executive with more than 15 years of professional experience in both senior IT management and consulting in the strategic sourcing and IT strategy space.
Carlos' key areas of expertise include management, sourcing strategy, sourcing planning and transition, Service Level Agreement (SLA) development, governance, business and IT alignment and all aspects of IT strategic planning including IT management processes.
Carlos also has broad experience in international sourcing engagements for global organizations, having led and participated in engagements spanning the entire IT sourcing life cycle. His engagements include international clients in Europe and Latin America as well as within the U.S.
Carlos is a Spanish speaking consultant and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. He attended The University of Dallas MBA program and holds a Project Management Certification from Georgetown University.
