Dennis Winkler
DirectorDennis Winkler has 20 years of experience as a global outsourcing leader across a myriad of industries both in the United States and internationally.
As the cofounder and former CEO for RSM McGladrey Financial Process Outsourcing (FPO), Dennis led the development and management of the outsourcing process from the provider perspective with multiple retail clients in auto parts and grocery distribution. Dennis also led the reengineering project which reduced FPO's operating expenses by over $5 million annually by offshoring over 500 US IT & F&A positions and consolidating US operations. Dennis was Country Manager for FPO's Mumbai, India office while he led this business transformation process and managed the team.
Prior to FPO, he was Vice President of Financial Reporting for The Balcor Company, where he led the outsourcing process from the corporate perspective, including all matters of strategy: proposal development, vendor evaluation and selection, contract negotiation and management structuring.
