Holly Bush is a highly accomplished consulting executive with extensive management consulting experience across a broad range of industries and a proven track record including over 16 years of experience leading broad-based Shared Services transformation programs.

Holly specializes in teaming with Fortune 100 companies in the design and stand-up of multi-functional shared services organizations and working with clients to optimize Finance and Accounting (F&A) portfolios as well as F&A process reengineering.

Holly's key areas of expertise include:

  • All phases of the Shared Services organization lifecycle: Strategy, Feasibility, Design, Stand-up, Transition/Change Management and Optimization.
  • Overall project management, process reengineering and design, selection and implementation of enabling technologies, SSC organization design, workforce strategies, change leadership and performance management
  • Global services delivery transformation and portfolio optimization (i.e., optimization of services insourced, offshored and outsourced)
Prior to joining Alsbridge, Holly held several senior leadership positions wherein she managed a Shared Services program management effort for the Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Procurement functions within a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company, led and managed a feasibility study for a Fortune 10 Oil & Gas company that identified $500 million in cost reduction and value creation opportunities, led and managed a Shared Services/Outsourcing program for a leading Canadian Media Company and managed a $65M third party contract restructuring and negotiation initiative for a North American Financial Institution.
