Joe Hogan has 30 years of global experience in developing and implementing strategies for both shared services and outsourcing solutions. He is a Managing Director at Alsbridge, Inc. and has personally been involved in over 200 client engagements. This is inclusive of both public and private sector client enterprises in energy, retail distribution, consumer products, and health care.

His hands-on delivery and leadership experience has produced consistent positive results and references throughout his career. He is a sought-after expert and consultant in the areas of global shared service and outsourcing hybrid structures, business transformation, as well as the trends and issues affecting our marketplace.

In addition to his consulting experience, Joe has held executive leadership positions with EDS, Accenture, and Hewlett Packard, helping each to grow into new markets with high levels of customer satisfaction and solid business results. Early in his career, Joe held senior management positions on the user side with Federated Department stores and the Army Air Force Exchange Service.

Joe has been the subject and author of articles and interviews in market leading publications such as the Wall Street Journal and the Sloan Business Journal of MIT. He is a sought-after speaker and has been invited to speak by organizations such as the Chicago Technology Executive forum, The India Times Business Forum, Gartner Outsourcing Symposiums, Sourcing Interests Group, and many others.

Joe has been recognized with honors by the industry he has both served and fostered. Joe is one of the first Certified Outsourcing Professionals recognized by the IAOP and received a formal Certificate of Appreciation from the Sourcing Interests Group for his contributions as the organization was forming.

Joe is a cum laude graduate of the University of Dallas and resides in the Dallas area with his family, where he contributes to the community through several charitable and cultural organizations.
