Paul Hardy

Managing Director

Paul Hardy has over 25 years of business experience including a number of executive leadership roles in the outsourcing services industry and a deep management consulting career driving strategic transformations. Prior to Alsbridge, Paul served as Managing Director of the Financial Services Business at Perot Systems where he led the strategic expansion of the business unit beyond its traditional ITO and banking focus into Insurance BPO services. Previously, Paul was CEO of a venture-backed procurement technology and BPO company.

Paul's consulting leadership roles include Partner at CSC Index where he led complex strategic, operational and technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients in multiple industries including financial services, telecommunications services and equipment, CPG, Healthcare and more. As a Partner at Gen3 Partners, Paul led strategy development and business planning for clients' new technology ventures. Paul began his career as a telecommunications engineer at Bell Laboratories and Bell Communications Research.

At Alsbridge Paul has led some of the firm's most complex, multi-tower, ITO and BPO sourcing engagements with a particular focus on sourcing strategy development. Paul also led the development of Alsbridge's Carrier Network Outsourcing (CNO) advisory services, as well as Alsbridge's cloud assessment methodologies.

Paul holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona. Paul resides with his family in the Boston area.
