Social Responsibility

At Alsbridge, we take social responsibility and commitment to the community seriously through corporate initiatives and support of our team member's individual efforts and passion. These include Alsbridge Green, Special Olympics, American Red Cross and other organizations committed to making the world a better place.

Giving Back
Alsbridge believes in giving back to the community and strives to be an active community partner. A portion of our profits are directed to charity. In addition to voluntary contributions to various organizations by our employees, Alsbridge believes in giving directly to those who need it most.

An example beneficiary is the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, which unites CEOs, Investors and Business Professionals with entrepreneurial passion to incite measurable change into the lives of people serving time in a Texas prison. The objective is to reform and provide the opportunity, appropriate training, and a shot of hope to ultimately achieve a life transformation. Giving Health and Hope
Alsbridge founder and CEO, Ben Trowbridge is committed to seeing children obtain world class healthcare when they otherwise could not get it. Trowbridge and other Dallas area business and political leaders participate in an annual 180 mile cycle ride between Austin and Dallas to raise money for the charity Passion for Children. This charity is focused on raising money for the Children's Medical Center of Dallas. This year the group has committed to raise $1 million dollars. Alsbridge Green
As part of the Alsbridge Green policy, Alsbridge has committed to becoming carbon neutral by partnering with Cleaner Climate, a leading global carbon solution provider. Polluting emissions can be effectively subtracted by purchasing carbon offsets. Carbon offsets are credits for emission reductions achieved elsewhere by projects such as wind farms or solar installations. Office Environmental Policy
Alsbridge has established an internal Environmental Committee designed to be a forum for sharing and communicating company initiatives for decreasing the environmental footprint of the workplace. The committee has already established policies related to recycling and waste reduction, lighting, heating and electronic equipment.
