The
BPO associate will
be responsible for:
- Working
with engagement team and assisting in the delivery of
outsourcing/offshoring
projects, supporting clients with specific understanding of shared
services,
outsourcing, and
offshoring strategies
throughout the complete outsourcing/shared services
transition/offshoring
lifecycle.
- Providing
service delivery expertise to support client transfer of BPO processes
over
multiple functions such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resource
services,
Procurement and Call Center/CRM.
- Providing BPO & HRO business
knowledge with strong
quantitative and analytical research and preparing content to support
the
creation of proposals and presentation to client senior management
The
successful advisors
must possess the following requirements:
- 2-5
years of BPO consulting
experience such
as F&A. CRM, Shared Services, Call Center, or Human Resources from a
major consulting
firm or major outsourcing service provider, with a complete knowledge
of the
outsourcing lifecycle.
- Will
consider MBA or finance graduates with financial modeling experience. Will also
consider former military officers
with minimal consulting experience.
- The
ability to develop executive reports, presentations and proposal
writing using
MS Project, Visio, and MS Office.
