She is an expert in assessing current operations and transforming and maintaining target operating models. She is known for her extensive project and change management capability even in the face of complex and international project environments.
Rajib leads ISG’s Strategy Services team and brings extensive expertise in helping clients evaluate, design and implement complex global strategies. Rajib’s experience has enabled him to provide practical and tangible results for clients across a variety of industries and address key issues that require IT transformational change. Leveraging a hands-on approach, Rajib has led and contributed to some of ISG’s largest client engagements, supporting achievement of their business objectives.
Kathy works with enterprises across ISG’s client base to address unique business challenges leveraging our Data & Analytics methodologies and tools. Whether she is developing and deploying delivery methodologies or serving as the go-between for global teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery, she earns rave reviews from her clients. Throughout her more than 20-year career in information technology management and business operations, Kathy has linked IT to business value and assessed the performance of internal operations and outsourcing relationships. Her industry expertise includes oil and gas, aerospace and defense, retail, finance and local government.
With more than 20 years of experience in the sourcing industry, David has a successful track record facilitating large corporate agreements and complex regional transactions for clients around the world. Working with clients in a variety of private sector industries as well as state and federal government agencies, David’s consulting services, backed by ISG expertise, methodologies and templates, range from strategy development, tactical assessments, competitive and sole-source transactions, sourcing management, renegotiations, re-tendering, disengagement, transformation and transition management. David has worked in single-source and multi-source environments and both in the transactional and ongoing operational phases of the sourcing lifecycle.
Kari has been advising global manufacturing and finance clients on IT and sourcing strategy, service management and integration and outsourcing transactions for 20 years. His recent engagements include helping a 100B€+ company define its sourcing and service integration strategy and guiding a global manufacturing company through the IT transformation and outsourcing transactions. He has also led multiple strategy and assessment engagements. Kari leads ISG in Finland and the Strategy and Operations practice across the Nordic countries.
As a leading expert in globalization, Paul advises clients across industries on information technology and digital strategies, optimization and outsourcing. He has deep experience in global operations and creative approaches to business growth, including captive operations, joint ventures, build-operate-transfers, and mergers and acquisitions. He recently helped a global consumer packaged goods organization save more than 40 percent by realigning its captive, joint venture and offshore operational strategies worldwide. Paul also assisted a major retail company redesign its global customer digital model to improve quality and increase transparency for executive decision-making. Prior to ISG, Paul served as CEO of a number of software and technology start-up companies.
Mark is an experienced consultant and former CIO with more than 30 years of experience in process automation, information technology, sourcing, supply chain management, transformation and acquisition integration. His consulting experience includes work for well known firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte, and AlixPartners. His industry experience includes acquisition integration, supply chain and IT roles in the banking, manufacturing and distribution industries. He has held CIO positions for nationwide distribution, retail, media/publishing and textile firms. He holds an MBA from Emory University and BA from Cornell University.
Bill is a sourcing industry leader and active proponent of helping to create professional standards and best practices. His areas of expertise include sourcing strategies, shared services and contract negotiations. Throughout his career he has been responsible for both business development and delivery of strategic advisory services in procurement, vendor management and operational transformation.
