Alsbridge Inc. CEO Ben Trowbridge To Present At Institute For Strategic Supply

Dallas, TX - February 5, 2007 - Alsbridge today announced that Ben Trowbridge, CEO will speak at the Institute for Strategic Supply, a consumer packaged goods industry conference at the University of San Diego in San Diego, CA Feb. 7. The session, “It’s Not Just Outsourcing: Innovative Relationship Structures,” will discuss creative and forward-thinking business structures such as joint ventures, alliances and partnerships and will offer best practices and case studies.

J. Ross Docksey, a distinguished and well-known partner at the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP will co-present with Trowbridge.

Trowbridge says joint ventures and other special purpose structures can be used in the same way as outsourcing to support innovative business strategies. “A joint venture structure establishes a truly aligned relationship with common goals under one management team. It reduces internal conflict and allows communication to flow and it is a way to offload the risk and still keep some measure of control.”
