(DALLAS, Texas) November 10, 2011 – Ben Trowbridge, CEO of leading advisory firm Alsbridge, Inc., today announced his participation in the 2011 HCL Global Meet.

During the event, Ben will take part in a panel discussion with representatives from Deutsche Bank AG, The Bank of Ireland and Advanstar. Ben will share insights and an industry view on the evolving platform-based BPO model, its key divers and how buyers are adapting.

The session will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 15th at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, FL.
