Eleanor specialises in IT and Business Process Outsourcing and has extensive commercial, strategy and delivery experience, working for both outsourcing suppliers and customers. Her most recent role was as Managing Director of Quantum Plus. Her experience includes advising on IT outsourcing transactions spanning the retail, travel, property and charities sectors.
Eleanor's key skills are in sourcing strategy leadership, change management, organisation design, business development and building high performing teams.
