London, UK (6 March 2008)- Due to continued success and growth, Alsbridge plc, the award winning advisors on outsourcing, shared services and offshoring have created two Director level opportunities within its Senior Management Team.
The "Director - Financial Services Sector" and "Director - Public Sector" roles will report straight to the Head of each sector, offering outstanding prospects for rapid career progression to Partner.
The creation of these new roles reflects the ongoing expansion of the firm which in 2007 reported a 64% headcount increase. The Alsbridge brand has picked up significant momentum in the industry, creating a strong demand for talented individuals at all levels.
Typical candidates for entry at Director level will possess first class skills in developing client relationships and structuring management consulting projects. They will most likely have been a director in a top tier management consulting company and now keen to move into a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment. Both roles will take responsibility for the sales and delivery of Alsbridge plc consulting services to major clients. Experience in either the Financial Services or Public Sector will be a prerequisite.
