Alsbridge Plc To Speak With SKF At Nordics Shared Services And Outsourcing Forum 2008

London, UK - March 26, 2008 - Alsbridge plc, the award winning advisors on shared services and outsourcing are delighted to be making a keynote presentation with SKF at the forthcoming Nordics Shared Services and Outsourcing Forum taking place in Copenhagen, 29th & 30th April 2008.

The joint presentation, made by SKF's Transition & Governance Manager and Alsbridge plc Partner, Peter Scott, explores the SKF experience in leveraging outsourcing partnerships to overcome regional challenges and optimise service offerings.

SKF concluded a deal in 2006 to outsource part of its European F&A process to a delivery centre in Eastern Europe, including processes which were in an existing Shared Services Centre. Alsbridge plc supported SKF through the process from bid evaluation to final contract.

Peter Scott of Alsbridge plc comments: "The session we are running in Copenhagen will explore the full process from decision making to outsource, to successfully managing the outsourcing partnership. We will also be exploring the specific challenges of the Nordic region that have to be overcome".
