Our role was to define the overall implementation and business readiness strategy, create detailed plans, and coordinate those activities with the technical teams across commercial and manufacturing facilities in the US, Europe, and Asia. We monitored the implementation to completion by providing process guidance, quality control, and cost control while ensuring contract adherence by the chosen IT vendors on all of these projects and providing our clients with an integrated program view and active risk and issue management. Finally, we assisted Performance Fibers in contract negotiations with their 3rd party outsourcing providers to drive the best cost rates and to minimize risk wherever possible. |
