Pete brings over twenty years of expertise managing
outsourcing relationships and has led multiple Fortune 500
clients through the entire outsourcing lifecycle including:
strategy development, running the RFP process, leading contract
negotiations, and providing implementation and project management
support.
Pete has worked in multiple industries and
extensively within Communications, Transportation, and Health
Services organizations utilizing his broad business background
and deep operational and delivery skills in architecting IT
and BPO solutions. Prior to joining Alsbridge,
Pete honed his outsourcing skills during his 21 year tenure
at Accenture, he held various leadership roles including:
Solution Architect, where he negotiated major client contract
provisions and managed project teams in excess of 600 people.
As Service Operations Director Pete was responsible for P&L
for 16 contracts in North American products companies supported
by over 1,500 people. As Operations Delivery Executive Pete
led a ten-year, $850 million IT outsourcing contract with
Ryder, Inc.; and as Transition Leadership he led the planning
and implementation to transition 300 Accenture HR resources
to a joint venture with British Telecom.
Pete’s expert leadership includes
project management, leading organizations and architecting
Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing solutions.
In addition to his Project Management and IT delivery skills,
Pete holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting and a BA in
