The resulting report will be released to all participants and will include a customised chart assessing their individual position against best practice and against the average of the survey participants.
Alsbridge plc is conducting this survey to gain insight into the maturity of shared service organisations based on the key indices of: scope, process, efficiency, service management, technological capability, regulatory compliance and suitability of location.
