Mr.
Kopp has over 14 years of management consulting experience during assisting
over 50 organizations with numerous improvement strategies to include:
outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, organizational redesign, end-to-end
process reengineering, ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and complex program
planning and leadership. Prior to joining Alsbridge, Mr. Kopp was a
founding member of the Hackett Group’s Sourcing Advisory Practice and was the
founder and Managing Partner of the CFO Advisory Group, a CFO consultancy
specializing in elevating value for the G500 through reengineering, outsourcing
and offshoring of key processes. Mr. Kopp has been published in numerous
periodicals, to include The London Times, CFO Magazine, Purchasing Magazine,
CIO Magazine, and several others on topics including outsourcing, off-shoring,
planning and budgeting, performance management, integrating ERP systems and
many others. Prior to becoming a consultant in 1994, Stephen spent 7 years in
senior finance executive positions with a F200 company, to include CFO,
Manufacturing Controller, Directing Procurement & Disbursements, Directing
Capital Planning, and CAO. Stephen was also a CFO for a manufacturing company
and served 8 years with honors in the US Army.
