We are currently looking for talented people at Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant levels, hungry to step out of the anonymity of a general consulting firm. You will be trusted to make a real difference on critical client engagements, typically working as part of a small, focused team.

Suitable candidates will have demonstrated their skills on previous BPO or Shared Services projects, and will have functional expertise in finance, HR, procurement, IT or vertical back office processes. Their skill sets will include: business and process analysis, business case development, strategy support, supplier selection, programme management, transition support and change management.

Successful candidates are likely to have spent time with another quality consulting organisation. Salary is dependent on depth of knowledge and relevant skills, ranging from £45,000 to £75,000 plus bonus.
