RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Outsourcing Advisor holds significant roles in
client-facing engagements, and will be required to communicate
professionally on all levels of client, team and provider
contact. Key responsibilities will involve managing business
process outsourcing projects using project management skills,
project planning and mapping, facilitating meetings, managing
teams and ensuring timely completion of all engagements. The
successful advisor will interface with C-level executives
from Fortune 500 and Global 2,000 companies in multiple verticals
that include: Finance Services, High-Tech, Retail, Healthcare,
Telecommunication, Transportation, Energy & Utilities,
Consumer Products and Manufacturing.
The Senior Outsourcing advisor will be responsible for:

Managing outsourcing/offshoring engagements,
leveraging staff appropriately and supporting activities
to maintain successful client relationships. Contributing
to sales identification of engagements and facilitating
up-sell opportunities on existing engagements.

Utilizing broad ITO and BPO business
knowledge while demonstrating to clients, specific understanding
of outsourcing/offshoring strategies throughout the complete
outsourcing & offshoring lifecycle.

Developing strong quantitative and
analytical documents, and implementing innovative business
analysis to support the creation of proposals to clients,
and presenting sound business conclusions gathered from
research and analysis to produce thought leadership white
papers, presentations and speaking appearances.

Negotiating substantial contractual
relationships on behalf of the client and managing the
entire RFP process involving due diligence, provider relationships
and contract-negotiations.
- Supporting practice development and intellectual property
development efforts, with the ability to analyze performance
metrics, risk and control using strong analytical and creative
problem solving capabilities.

Managing day-to-day teams, leading
project management strategies and consulting operations
to ensure project progress, customer satisfaction, staff
productivity, project profitability with continued growth
of the scale and scope of the professional services operation.

Leading ITO and BPO engagements while
providing service delivery expertise to support the client
transfer of Outsourcing, Offshoring and Shared Services
processes over multiple functions such as, Information
Technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resource
Outsourcing including industry specific processes within
F&A, CRM, Call Center and Procurement.
REQUIREMENTS:
The Senior Outsourcing Advisor will have substantial experience
in managing Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing
and Offshoring strategies with strong knowledge in back office
functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR Outsourcing
processes, Procurement and CRM.
The successful advisors will posses the following requirements:

Over 10 years of consulting experience
from a global company, major outsourcing service provider
or consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) with a complete knowledge
of the outsourcing lifecycle.

A minimum of 7 years professional
ITO and BPO experience evaluating, delivering and managing
complex outsourcing and offshoring environments, with
at least one large-scale global experience leading a fully
integrated outsourced project.

Experience leading and managing complex
transitions covering multi-process functions across wide
geographical location.

The ability to assist in the selling
process as a Subject Matter Expert and address client
expectations through proposals that involve detailed project
scope, deliverable design and work-plans.

Previous experience working on ITO
and BPO pursuits with knowledge of the outsourcing service
market and outsourcing services such as HRO, F&A,
CRM and Shared Services conversion to outsourcing.

Experience running a large RFP and
RFI process with the ability to coordinate multiple groups
and facilitate communication between client, vendor, peers
and coworkers.

Experienced in SLA’s, including
contract definition, SOW, vendor management and contract
negotiations, ongoing monitoring, financial structuring
and termination considerations. industry specific processes
within F&A, CRM, Call Center and Procurement.

The ability to develop executive reports,
presentations and proposal writing using MS Project, Visio,
and PowerPoint including Excel spreadsheets; overall excellent
organization and oral/written communication skills, with
strong knowledge on Program Management Certification (PMBOK/PMI
standards) and Six Sigma quality certifications.
